Torn Earlobe Repair
Torn or stretched earring holes in earlobes can be repaired with a quick in-office procedure performed under local anesthesia. A simple excision of the existing damaged earring hole is done first and then the area is repaired with stitches and a bandage applied. Sutures are removed after 5-7 days and new earring holes can be placed in about 3 months.
Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane can also be used to plump and strengthen aging, sagging earlobes.
