Fillers are long-lasting because they stimulate your skin to renew collagen and the matrix on which collagen is supported. We can use this collagen-stimulating effect of fillers to restore skin structure, reduce crepiness, and enhance the appearance of skin on the face as well as areas off the face.
The filler is thinned to a thickness appropriate for the area to be treated. During injection, movement of the cannula for injection also breaks up adhesions in deep lines and wrinkles that bind the skin to deeper structures particularly, on the neck and chest (sleep lines).
The area treated can look better immediately due to the light reflecting and hydrating properties of the fillers and the mechanical benefit of cannula treatment, but the real improvement occurs over 3-6 months with collagen and matrix renewal. A series of 2-3 treatments is recommended, and an individual plan will be discussed with you for each area.
COMBINATION WITH ENGERY & LASER TREATMENTS
The mechanism of collagen and matrix renewal is greatly enhanced when the fillers are combined with an energy or laser device for additional skin rejuvenation, tightening and collagen and elastin stimulation. Lasers such as fractional laser and IPL remove visible signs of sun damage while also stimulating collagen. Microneedling with radiofrequency – Infini Genius and Viva – are particularly helpful to tighten skin and renew matrix and collagen in these off-face areas.
The filler can be mixed with lidocaine to numb the area prior to device treatment making the filler and device the ideal combination for a safe, comfortable, and effective treatment.

FAT TRANSFER
Fat is gently harvested from an adbomen, hip or buttock injected into facial areas or hands. A small incision is made in the area where the fat is removed.
The designated areas to be treated are injected with a local anesthetic, lidocaine. The harvested fat is transferred by syringe into these areas.
After the procedure, I can expect swelling and bruising for several days. Occasional lumps may occur that usually resolve with massage and time but sometimes need removal.

Each person’s body also absorbs the dermal filler at different rates which will affect the length of their results. Most patients should see results that last for around nine months or so.
If you are interested in body filler injections, you should be in good overall health and have realistic goals for your treatment. Body fillers treatments work best for mild to moderate aesthetic concerns and may not be ideal for more severe issues. Both women and men of all ages can receive body filler injections.
