What Is Microneedling, and How Does It Work?

In as few as three non-invasive and affordable treatments scheduled 30 days apart, our patients can enhance their appearance for up to six months following their final session. Genius RF
Genius RF is a radiofrequency (RF) system that combines fractional microneedling to promote skin tightening and collagen renewal without requiring surgical recovery time. The device utilizes gold-plated microneedles to deliver RF heat to the deeper levels of the skin while preserving the integrity of the upper layer of skin, making it suitable for all skin types.

AGNES RF is an advanced radiofrequency microneedling device known for its precision in treating targeted facial areas. AGNES RF is a very powerful and highly focused radiofrequency treatment that is designed to target small, unwanted fat pads. Other forms of RF treatments at Charlotte Skin Laser do not have the ability to shrink fat. Fat reduction is due to the unique, powerful, and precise AGNES RF microneedles.
Our experts also utilize AGNES RF to selectively treat oil glands, treating acne at its root and reducing the appearance of enlarged pores. Typically, we recommend at least 2 treatments for optimal results to achieve long-lasting results. Following AGNES RF treatments, most patients experience bruising, requiring some social downtime.
